How it works :

1. Arrange an initial free consultation (in person or by phone):

We would like to discuss your needs with you before we commit to helping you and we want to make sure we both understand the level of service required.

You are under no obligation to purchase during this consultation phase.


2. We then tailor a quote for specific needs. Before we do any work, we will agree on the job to be provided, so we both know what to expect.

We work with you to ensure satisfaction.

 

3. Once the job is done, we will advise you by email or SMS.

 

Whilst we will make every effort possible to conclude the job on the days/ times confirmed, sometimes circumstances outside of our control can prevent us from doing so. In this case, we will immediately contact you and advise you of alternative arrangements.

Fees  & Payments

A minimum hourly cost applies to all services (1 hour). Any hour started will count as a full hour.


Our services are provided 7 days a week, generally between the hours of 8am and 8pm (Except public holidays).

However, we understand that life is not restricted to 9-5.
A surcharge of 10% for requests between 8pm and 8am and on public holidays apply.

 

​Full payment is required prior to any service commencing.

Payment: direct credit & credit cards are accepted.

 

 

 

Fees for services paid in advance are non-refundable, and are valid for six months from time of purchase.

 

We are Cairns based, so any services requiring us to travel 50 kms or more outside of Cairns will require a $50 petrol allowance to be added.

Discounts apply for regular, ongoing bookings.

We are not collecting GST.

Terms and Conditions

 

We need 48 hours notice minimum to ensure we can provide you with the required service.

 

Information only calls are free.

 

Third Party Suppliers : will be charged at normal rates.
We will make every effort to ensure suppliers recommended by us are of high quality, and suitable for the work requested. However we cannot be held responsible for services or products supplied by any supplier, or for any charges for those services or products.

 

Security:  We will never go into your home without your prior agreement and we will keep a log of all visits to your property.

 

Privacy:   Any information provided to us is strictly confidential and we will not disclose personal information to anybody other than those contracted to provide the services you require (including third party services if required)

 

Gift Vouchers:  are available in hourly denominations, valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
